Jeff Lipkin has represented individuals and business of all sizes in the state and federal courts of New Jersey in various types of business disputes.

Representative Business Disputes Experience

Jeff represented a Fortune 500 leasing company in more than 500 litigated and non-litigated matters regarding leases of business equipment. These matters typically commenced with the issuance of demand letters and subsequent negotiations with the lessee. Negotiations typically resulted in either a negotiated resolution, which involved drafting of settlement documents, or commencement of litigation. Matters that proceeded to litigation were filed in both New Jersey state and federal court. Virtually all of the litigated matters resulted in either a negotiated resolution or judgment for the leasing company. Two matters resulted in reported opinions granting summary judgment for the leasing company:

AT&T Credit Corporation v. Transglobal Telecom Alliance, 966 F. Supp. 299 (D.N.J. 1997)

AT&T Credit Corporation v. Zurich Data Corp., 37 F. Supp. 2d 367 (D.N.J. 1999)
